      Where to find failed transactions

      Now you can find your failed Transaction report in your Dashboard account

      We have added a “Failed Transactions” navigation option in Dashboard that will expose a Failed Transaction report that will show:

      • Failed charge attempts in the past 30 days

      • Ability to filter by producers across the agency

      Your insureds can also update their payment method in our Billing Center. For instructions click here
